I thought it would be easy,
But it wasn’t.
All I had to do was ask,
But that wasn’t all.

What if she wouldn’t say yes?
Should I end it all?
Or is it unimportant?

Does she realize it’s more than a broken date?
Or do I realize it’s less than a broken heart?

Why does it bother me?
